The price was constantly fluctuating, one minute it was £411 then it was £508 then it was £388 how can a price change so dramatically

Our prices work on a live booking system. Normally the prices are affected by availability and how close you book to the start date of your break. This can cause the prices to increase.
From time to time we also have special offers like "kids go free" that can then cause the price to decrease.
I can see from your booking that you managed to secure the lower price of the 3 prices mentioned which is great news.

All fine but dissapointed at having to pay a credit card fee ironic that a large company still charges this !
