No response to email regarding hotel / room advice for son with additional needs
I contacted the booking service team via email regarding advice on which hotel / room to book for my son who has additional needs. After waiting a week for a response, I gave up... I heard nothing...

I booked the weekend online for the 2nd September and paid around £880 went back on the website a few hours later and the same weekend is now coming up at £698! Don't understand how it changed price...

It is difficult to find information.
You should be able to book things such as the spa onto your hotel booking but no such thing is offered.
It would be useful to know exactly what your savings are...

Once I found the right page it was easy but I kept getting redirected to information pages initially.
