It works how you'd expect, and when you get to your hotel you can pick up your park tickets and store your bags before official check in time, so I can't complain.

Only seems to work properly in chrome.
The date picker does not work in a friendly way on an iPad. I had to keep scrolling down each time to select the next month.
The button to select my choice of cottage was unavailable in IE.

Brilliant
Very easy to book but found that prices fluctuated when looking on different devices. £171 on laptop and £197 on smart phone.
