Their online booking service is absolutely terrible, they were offering 30% off breaks if booked in February. The prices were the same throughout the week, but when the weekend came the prices went...
Great service, Host was as accommodating as possible, despite a few odd requests. Chatted about other things whilst we were waiting for the system to process a few things.
Staff were helpful but I was not happy that you have to ring different numbers for queries. For example to get info about the hotel is a different number to get info about the theme park etc.

OK but time consuming if flexible on dates.
No option to be flexible on dates so you have to put in every date you could stay and refresh. There is often a significant difference in price/accommodation and it would be helpful if the process...
