Very frustrating, kept saying it was unable to complete the booking or take the payment. Had to redo it about 9 times before I finally succeeded!!

I am ever so sorry to hear you were experiencing errors online, this should definitely not be the case. Sometimes when bookings don't go through straight away we do advise for you to research the break on a new tab as the session may have expired but if you had already done this then I am not sure as to why the booking would not go through.
It is great however to see you did manage to get something booked in!

Absolutely great service until when it came to actually booking the trip, the website kept crashing. It is a very easy site to use and i would definitely recommend it and buy from here again.
