Web site was confusing so called the phone line. The booking assistant was helpful and polite.

Efficent
Booking service friendly and efficent. But there should be a way of merlin passholders being able to book online, rather than having to ring up . Especially as I was not even asked about my pass...
Amber was really helpful and patient and I hope that our experience when visiting will be the same.

Excellent customer service from Rosie
Talked through my booking with a lovely girl on the phone called Rosie, excellent customer service, really helpful and fully answered all my questions helping me to best taylor our trip to our needs.

Gutted to have recieved phone call charges of £26 on my mobile bill ridiculous u should have offered to call me back never had such a big bill.
