Thank you for addressing this issue.
Firstly we apologise for not having responding to you sooner. We had recently signed up to Feefo as a review platform and the email you received was a test run, hence the delay in our response. We have since gained more experience, via a webinar and consultation with our Feefo account manager and will be more attentive to people like yourself in the future.
With regards to our booking system, with constructive comments from people like yourself, we are now more informed as to this issue and have rectified this. It is now unlikely that anyone can book a session without having completed payment.
