Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on our service and on your Turtle Mat. I'm sorry that you found our operators approach dismissive, I will investigate further on this as it is absolutely not the service we would want to provide. We are also currently reviewing and updating our postage/returns service so hope to make this process easier in the future. With regard to your Dotty Red mat it should not be a dusky pink but definitely red - much more like the images on the Internet, so this sounds as if there may be something wrong with the mat. Please feel free to send me through images of your mat to info@turtlemat.co.uk; as this may be easier in the first instance than returning it and then we can discuss next steps in organising a replacement.
