Many thanks for your feedback regarding your Cape Cod doormats and sorry that their appearance was not to your liking. Cape Cod mats are made from a man-made polypropylene cordage, as this is a good material for longevity outdoors and is the material often used in the yachting world for its durability. Many thanks for your feedback regarding your Mini Target Green Turtle Mat and also the smaller Mink mat. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your mats. Please don't hesitate to contact me directly at info@turtlemat.co.uk if washing the mat again does not improve the condition; as we will then organise the appropriate return/refund. Please note - washing with fabric softener will reduce the absobency of the mat and can also flatten the pile so I would suggest avoiding this.
