Pretty, shoes Step2 ownbrand look as described and reasonably strong and supportive without being too clumpy. Efficient service but for a grandchild so refusal to deliver to anybody except cardholder...

Thank you for your feedback, we can appreciate not having the option to deliver to another person is frustrating, and we do hope this is something that will be changed in the future; however we currently have this in place for fraud purposes. We are happy to hear you are happy with the shoes nonetheless.

I have ordered a couple of times through Step2 and had no problems. This time though I was unhappy I ordered 2 pairs of boots as unsure of size they were delivered on Friday 13th OctI bet on this...

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. Unfortunately we cannot offer 20% off orders that have already been dispatched if ordered before the promotion. In situations such as these you are more than welcome to re-place the order with the discount during the promotion and return the other pair. We are sorry we could not reply to your email sooner however our office hours are Monday - Friday 10 - 6pm. We do hope you re-consider and order from us again and are sorry for any inconvenience.
