Thanks for your lovely feedback! Our Christmas returns policy is if they are purchased in December then you have until the 15th January 2018 to return them which we find to be in sync with the majority of other retailers.

We are sorry you didn't receive your confirmation, however this is likely to have gone to your junk/ spam mail. I can see a member of our team re-sent this for you at your request. We do recommend adding our email address so that this does not happen in future. I have looked in to your order for you and can see you received this on the 8th working day, which is out of our estimated delivery times of 5-7 days. We do apologise for this and you should have been notified that this was due to be later than expected as this is very rare. We are very disappointed that you are not happy with the boots, we do take comfort and design very seriously with all of our shoes, so we will be sure to look into this for you on this particular style.
