Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused by the delayed shipment of your order. The Border Control shouldn't have reached out to you as we cover duties for UK customers no matter where the item is coming from. The reason your order was shipped from Columbia is because that's where the brand is based. We work from designers from all over the world and all orders are shipped directly from them, unless the item is currently only available in one of our stores (London or Soho NYC). You can see the country your item is being shipped from at the checkout stage on our website.

As all orders are shipped directly from the designer, there is a delivery charge for each designer you order from. If you're in the UK and ordering from a EU designer, you will charged £12.00.
We use a DHL Express Service to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely.
