Hi thanks for your feedback on our bicycle insurance. Following your Feefo submission I've gone through the site. On the main site our number is found at www.yellowjersey.co.uk/contact. Once you start your full quote/application our number is not displayed, which is rubbish, we are going to get it updated. Thank you for pointing it out, I'm glad you took the time to let us know, no doubt it was frustrating and it will help other customers. If you need any help please give us a call during office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri). We are very active on social media so follow us on twitter @YellowJerseyUK or Facebook and we are even likely to answer your queries out of business hours (we are sad like that). As for cost, we offer a fully inclusive package and are very comprehensive. Often quotes from other sites are very basic, just for my peace of mind I checked out a couple of our compettiots using your risk profile on a like for like basis, (i.e. adding all the cover to the competitors quotes we offer as standard) Cycleguard quoted £267.00 and Velosure quoted £216.60 against us at £202.
