Travel insurance not bike insurance when you’re travelling!
I thought I was insuring my bike for my trip but ibfact I was just buying travel insurance which was overpriced.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion regarding the policy. Our website does make it clear at multiple stages that our travel insurance does not automatically cover bikes, and we specifically ask if you'd like to add separate bike cover during the process. We’ll keep working to improve clarity, but we do try to ensure this is explained throughout the journey. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
