Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive when you expected.
I have taken a look into your order and can see that you placed your order with our standard Royal Mail delivery service. As per our delivery information, this has between 3-5 working days to arrive, which excludes weekends.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Rubbish service. I was charged nearly £3 p&p for a letter that cost less than £1 and it took 5 days to arrive, coming from Royal Mail!
The best bit was that Royal Mail did not send it by Royal Mail...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with your service.
I can confirm that here at the Post Office Shop we do offer a Royal Mail delivery service. After looking at your order I can see that you did chose our standard Royal Mail delivery service.
As per our delivery information, this has a 3-5 working day timeframe to be delivered, however due to the value of your order it was upgraded to our UPS courier service as this is a tracked service as our standard delivery is not tracked or signed for. Please note however that this delivery upgrade still has the original 3-5 working day timeframe to be delivered which I can see was fulfilled according to the tracking information.
