Thank you for leaving your Review, Chrid. For maximum vigor and highest yields we maintain tuber dormancy by storing our Organic Certified Seed Potatoes in our underground on-farm potato storage. You may easily coax the seed tubers out of dormancy by warming them up to room temp (70-75oF) before planting. All the best! Caleb
