Hi Marjorie, thanks for your Review and for your business. We have an underground on-farm potato storage. Our Organic Certified Seed Potatoes have been stored inside at 38oF since we harvested them last Sept. We recommend warming the seed up to room temp (70-75oF) and planting the seed tubers after sprouts appear in the eyes which indicates they have broken dormancy. All the best in the garden this year! Hi Deborah, sorry for the delay but an unseasonal cold snap across the Northeast has prevented us from letting perishable Seed Potato orders leave our packing shed since late last week.
