Poor service
We tried to switch energy supplier on 11 January and are still waiting for the transfer to take place and have been told this won’t happen until 19 March. We have had no idea what the problem is...

Saving £30+ a month by using USwitch. I was put on an extortionate tariff by British Gas when I first moved house, and it was really easy to find cheaper tariffs and what my monthly savings would be....
