Messed up tariff with EDF and ended up with numerous problems sorting out. EDF blamed Uswitch. Also include a DD preferred date in the application at Uswitch, EDF set up for 24th randomly. Had to...

Sorted out a reluctance of British Gas to transfer to an agreed tariff.
I gave British Gs 0 out of 10 for their customer service having several unsuccessful chats on line and inability to contact by e mail despite them asking me to do it. You fulfilled a promise and...
