Many factors contribute to the pricing of skip hire, including skip size, duration of hire and waste type. I'm confident, on a like for like basis, we are highly competitive. As you state you are a regular skip hire user, I would be pleased to look at offering a price-match service, should we be given the opportunity again in the future.

Whilst we endeavour to meet timed delivery/collection requests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee to do so. Having successfully traced the phone calls relating to the phone number on your booking - we can usually advise on an estimated time on the day of service, as you have experienced.

I'm very sorry that you're experience of our service is a negative one, I sincerely hope we are given the opportunity to change this.

We take private data storage and use very seriously - card payment details are input and encrypted on a third party software, used only for transactions relating to your booking(s).

As you were ordering a new delivery against your initial booking from the previous month, it was agreed on the phone that our software will use the same payment details.

We were notified shortly after the booking that different payment details should have been used. The payment details were amended and a full refund was made to the other card immediately.
