Having personally played a part in remedying this situation, I can confirm this mistake was due to driver error - the house number was misread. May I extend our apologies for causing a delay to your project.
I hope our efforts to move the skip on a Saturday morning were acknowledged as to how seriously we take this type of error. Although, I'm glad to say it is a rare occurrence and does not represent the usually high standards we provide daily, to hundreds of customers.
