I'm really sorry to hear that your neighbours lawn condition was affected by our vehicle collecting the skip. Having spoken to the driver, he did comment that unfortunately this was unavoidable due to the size and shape of your drive, however, that does not mean it's acceptable without first making you and/or your neighbour aware.
As a gesture of goodwill to you/your neighbour for this inconvenience, I have posted a voucher in the mail which should be with you this week.
