They gave excellent service from start to finish and the driver went out of his way by finding out car owners who were parked in the space allocated for the skip. I will using TJ Waste again.

All good over phone, very helpful. Skip delivered at 16.45 p.m. (late) builders had left site on the Thursday & collected half full on Monday 10.30.a.m. (rusty and holes in bottom) Spoke with them...

Following on from your discussion with our skip hire manager, Peter, I'm extremely pleased that this issue has been resolved and you're happy with the outcome.

As discussed, at the time of ordering your skip collection was agreed and pre-booked for Monday, as part of a 4-day hire discount promotion, and the delivery was requested for after 2pm.

Although I'm pleased that we delivered on your initial needs, I'm sorry that you were left dissatisfied as you expected the skip earlier, and had more waste to dispose of. We would have gladly amended the booking as your needs changed, should we have been informed.
