It was a delight speaking with you on the phone regarding your service experience, thanks again for your time and I'm extremely glad we could turn your experience into a more positive one.
In short, it's clear that you did not receive the usual level of service we pride ourselves on delivering, for that I am very sorry.
During our conversation, I have clarified the cause of the delay in collecting the skip, and, more importantly, identified an error on behalf of our third party payment processing software which has now been resolved. The transaction made in error has been refunded in full and associated costs, such as interest, have also been paid by us.
Whilst some of these issues were outside of our control, we could have improved our communication in this instance and I have made those involved with delivering your service aware of this.
