Unfortunately I have been unable to speak to you over the phone regarding your feedback, despite best efforts.
I note that the skip was delivered and collected on the requested dates, without any notes for requested times, under our special '4-day hire' offer. Unfortunately it is not practically possible to collect the skip on or after the exact time in which it was delivered and at no point is this guarantee made within our correspondence - rather, it states we will collect 'on the 4th day'. We do, however, acknowledge that your needs may change and we will always be happy to consider collecting after a specified time, or extending the hire period by a further day without extra charge, if asked - ultimately, we want to ensure our service meets your exact needs.
