I only put "good" as I think that the web site is very slow. It has got better lately but is still not perfect! The goods I order are always good value and the postage is fair.

Don't seem to have a clue on how to pack mail order goods, puts delicate/breakable model kits in jiffy bags to send that arrive squashed . One order I placed was sent through 3 different carriers so...
