Hi Patricia -
After seeing your review, we immediately connected with the hotel's Front Desk and manager as this is completely unacceptable and definitely something that we wouldn't even want in our inventory.
Unfortunately, after further discussion, the hotel revealed that there was a do not enter sign on your front door the entire stay as well as an unrelated tense discussion between on-site guests and the front desk. They were not notified of any issues prior until after the stay was over and was unable to improve your experience. Due to the nature of this stay, we are not able to provide any additional assistance or compensation at this time however I do truly hope that your next travel experiences are better.
I'm so sorry this was less than ideal and hope that things go more according to plan in your next trip.
