We always want to find the best solutions for any trip issues and we explored every option we could for your stay. At the time of the original issue, we worked with you to move you to an upgraded location with the increased cost of that being covered in full by Suiteness. The newer property was central and located downtown so parking was a factor in that upgraded option. It is not ideal, however we did recommend low cost parking at & right next to your hotel for a small fraction than the rate you were quoted by the hotel's Front Desk. Understandably, this was an unforeseen cost so when you had decided to move back to your original hotel due to parking, we quickly worked with the hotel to re-book your stay and offered a large refund as compensation for the troubles.
I am so sorry this is not the experience you were looking for and completely understand your frustrations. Thank you so much for your review, and as a small start-up who takes feedback seriously we will work to improve what caused this in the first place for our future guests.

So far so good. The website was easy to use and the followup from the Suiteness concierge was timely and informative. If everything goes well with the hotel suite when we arrive I will be using...
