I am so sorry to hear that your requests were not fulfilled by the hotel team. While all requests are based on availability, the hotel team does their best to accommodate however in some cases it is not possible due to hotel occupancy.

I had an issue with parking and the concierge did an amazing job to help me out at 12 am
