My daughter was really disappointed in Father Christmas and his fake beard !!! When paying lots money and going to see Santa , you expect to see a good Santa we felt rushed Very disappointed

Great Company - expertly handled enqury

The booking team were really helpful and accommodating. The arranged for the details to be emailed and even called to remind me that the deposit needed to be paid etc.
