Thank you for your comments. You are absolutely correct that we should send all orders over £100 by Special Delivery. In this case, your order value was £120, it should have been sent by Special Delivery rather than Recorded Delivery. This was an error on our part for which I sincerely apologise. In terms of the delivery email notification, we send an automatic dispatch notice on all deliveries the day the parcel is sent, so I will ask our technical department to investigate why the email to your address has been delayed.
