Thanks for your feedback. The reason for our prices being much lower than the High Street is that we don't have the same overheads as a High Street jeweller and can therefore pass the saving directly onto our customers. We would of course be very happy to answer any questions that you might have about any of our products or prices.

We are really pleased that you liked the ring even though we have to put our hands up to the error. We would of course have been very happy to rectify the problem at our expense if you had wanted us to. I hope that your ring will continue to give you pleasure for many years to come.

I'm really pleased you like your ring and thank you for your feedback on the website - that's really very useful. We will look to update the website to include the size of carat weights of the diamonds in the images. Mostly there are between 0.8 and 1.0 carat but we will look to add the specific detail. In terms of more images, this is a really good point - to help improve this we are currently creating 3d videos for all of our designs which I think will go a long way to further enhancing the user experience on our website.
