Thanks for the feedback. Travel Card holders can get priority loading at a reduced price which can be selected when booking online or by phone. Your experience of turning up early and loading last will be fed back to the Ops team as this is not normal practise. In the meantime, thank you for travelling with us.

Thanks for the review, sorry to hear you were not loaded quickly. Loading is slightly more complex than it seems. We generally load small cars first if the mezzanine decks are in use to give more room between them and vehicles whose occupants require lift access. On C deck, customers who paid for priority loading will be boarded before other cars. Commercial vehicles and coaches will be loaded between cars to ensure even weight distribution on the main deck.

Thanks for the feedback, we would like to operate more car sailings during the winter but we refit each of our ships between November and March. With only two ships available there has to be a gap of 90 minutes between departures. Red Jet wise, there is little difference between the summer and winter timetable. All traffic movements in the Solent are controlled by the port authorities and very occasionally we have to wait for other vessels before sailing.
