Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. This has been unprecedented problem which normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays. In the meantime, your comments about onboard announcements etc will be passed to our F&B Manager for attention. Please be assured that your experience falls a long way short of our usually high service standards and so we will be contacting all affected customers separately by email over the next 7 days with an offer of compensation.

Very expensive in the summer, more offers for regular customers would be good tends to put off holidaymakers. How about cheaper for 2 people in a car than 6!

Although we are reviewing our booking amendment fees for 2014, they are in place to help manage the vehicle space. Part of the £6.50 charge is the fare difference between your old and new sailing time. In the meantime,thank you for your feedback.

very disappointed, we are o.a.p's we decided we had saved enough money to visit relatives on the mainland with your 20% voucher which we obviously used. Due to the storms, flooding we were advised not to travel so had to return early obviously not just disappointed we had to return to the island early but to find out that Red Funnel were charging us an extra £6.50 to change our day we just cannot see that this should be allowed. It was the adverse weather why we had to return early we paid £54.50 on the 20% off with an additional £6.50 this was to travel from Wednesday a.m. to Friday 1.30pm., an absolute outrage, we will not only not use Red Funnel again we will advise our friends and family not to use you.
