the only criticism I have is the speed of service at the Steam coffee station. It was extremely slow with a 20minute wait to be served and there were only 4 people ahead of me in the queue.

we strive to keep fares as low as possible and customers regularly tell us we are cheaper than our competitor. However, as vehicle prices are demand based it is cheaper if you can book as early as possible and avoid the most popular sailing times. Too say you are cheaper then your competitor may well be true - but prices still prevent many people from crossing, and to apply penalties if you cannot, for any reason, catch your planned ferry is unfair unless space is limited.
