Thanks for taking the time to leave a review from which we were sorry to learn that you couldn't find a seat. We are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. We would love to operate more sailings at this time of year but unfortunately the vessel refit schedule precludes it this year. Unlike our competitors, we are however providing some sailings on Christmas Day. In the meantime, we hope you and your family have a great Christmas.

Diss appointed I was charged an extra £8.40 for travelling earlier when the ferry wasn't that full ! Is this really necessary ?

Thanks for the review. We are reviewing our amendment charges for 2014 but part of the £8.40 is the fare difference between the two sailings.
