Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

We are sorry that your outbound sailing departed later than scheduled and you were not advised. You raised this with us whilst you were in resort and we responded back to you, however you feel we were not taking responsibility for the lack of information provided. As we explained we passed your contact details onto the service provider so if any such changes occur they should advise you. We liked having an all-in holiday arranged, incl. ferry and hotel. We asked for further info on the hotel at one stage: we were told to speak to the hotel, which was not very helpful.

Good holiday but transport pickups were lousy.

We were very happy with the holiday service, bar the transport. Twice we were kept waiting and getting forgotten at Jersey ferry port late at night was absolutely no fun.
