Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to learn of the delay to your order. We did dispatch your order at the end of last week and I can see that a delivery was attempted today by Royal Mail; however, we would not have expected the delivery to take so long. Please view your tracking reference on the dispatch confirmation to arrange a redelivery or collection. Usually, deliveries are completed within 2 working days of the order being dispatched.
