With regards to the above reference. After rather a good deal of back and forth and a number of telephone calls, I received refunds for both my recent orders. There was a second refund for the replacement order despite me not requesting a refund for it. The day after the refunds were credited to my account, the second order was actually delivered! Should I send it back? Am I just lucky and can keep it? Will you want to charge me know? And if so, will there be a discount because of all the hassle required? Many thanks.
