Online Pound Store Omdömen

Hi Beverley, Thank you so much for the lovely review and recommendation! While we’re always sorry when an item arrives damaged, I’m really glad our team was able to sort out the refund quickly for you. We really appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Kind regards, OPS

Hi Diane, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that our customer service team was able to help you out quickly with your order confirmation. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery, too. While we're glad the parcel arrived safely, dropping packages without knocking certainly isn't the service we expect from EvRi. We'll be passing this feedback along to them directly so they can improve their driver standards in your area. Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope to see you again soon! Kind regards, OPS

Hi Catherine Brilliant to hear you found a good range of cruelty-free products with us! Getting them packaged up and delivered fast with EVRi is what we're all about. Many Thanks, OPS

Hi Claire, Thanks a lot for the kind words! Fast and straightforward ordering is what it's all about. Kind Regards, OPS

Hi Mark It's great to hear that the service was spot on for you. Cheers, OPS
