Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Overall , the service and the people were wonderful and very helpful. However, towards the ends there were a couple issues that could have been handled much better. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks for the great feedback. In September / October last year we had a few people move on which left us a little short staffed. This week we've been doing some customer service training with two new Pebbles and we'll continue to work hard to provide the best customer service we can.

We had a warm welcome from Pebbles staff and the apartment was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was great - just 2 minutes walk to the beach and the same to the shops at Rue...

Booking service very efficient. Staff very helpful if problems arise during your stay. The property descriptions are reliable in my experience.
