Promenade apartment offers beautiful views of sea & coastline
We have recommended Nice Pebbles countless times and would not rent from anyone else. If we ever buy our own place in Nice, we'll definitely have them manage the rentals.

Nice apartment, great location but lack of basic supplies.
OK. they helped us get into the apartment when their written explanation didn't quite explain it - they sent a chap round fairly quickly so that was good. Never quite got the AC to work properly.

Easy, clear communication and everything as expected.
Second time using Nice Pebbles and will definitely use again and very happy to recommend. Our holiday begun the minute we were met by our driver at Nice airport with the keys to our apartment. Easy...
