All went very smoothly. Good house estimation. Got a buyer within a month. Managed to keep buyer despite long search (over 6 month) on our side.

Thank you for your feedback. As you know Amanda here was responsible for helping you through your sale and purchase with us and I know you were thrilled with her efforts. We've found that this personal attention to every aspect of the transaction works best so that you get continuity when speaking to us about your sale. We've found this is the most effective way of helping our customers through the process which saves time/frustration in having to repeat information to other members of staff who may not be entirely au fait with the exact details of the sale. However we've taken your comments on board and will make every effort to ensure that all staff are as up to date with each sale as much possible going forward. We hope you're enjoying your new home and wish you all the best for the future.
From the visit of Justin to take the property detail, 3 viewings took place within the first week and a sale agreed.
An excellent service, the sale was completed within 2.5 months.
