Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

did not find enough potential buyers and did not even carry out the viewing for my purchaser left to myself ! and ignored instructions re boards

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and i am sorry to hear of the concerns you raise. You are quite right, you were selling at a difficult time in the market, but we were pleased that you were under offer within 6 weeks. Our policy is to carry out accompanied viewings and it is uncommon for a viewing to be accompanied. However, it does sometimes occur and with prior arrangement and only if all parties are comfortable with this.

May i re-iterate our apologies that there was an error in putting up a 'Sale Agreed' board. We were very grateful for letting us know immediately so that, within 15 minutes of notification, we were able to take it down and apologise to you face to face.
