We apologise for the discomfort caused by the limo driver between Calgary and Banff, the confusion regarding your luggage pickup, and the service issues at The Douglas hotel in Vancouver. Your feedback regarding the harbour boat ride and the level of information provided by Limo Driver is also noted, and we will share these points with our Operations Team to review for future itineraries. We appreciate your understanding that the trip was not designed as an active adventure, but we are glad there were opportunities for independent exploration, such as your hike to Lake Agnes.
