Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Thank you for your feedback Theresa. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. If a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

We do plan to offer a customer portal in the very near future allowing you to check up on your loan, make payments and more.
