Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Never rang me to agree the terms of the loan just putting on a 1 and a half years plan which is not what I applied for

Thank you for your feedback Denis. Our interest rates and loans terms are public which are explained to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Our online personal loans for example are for 18 months only which is stated in the agreement before signing. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. This would mean you do not need to take out the loan full it's full term of 18 months and can repay earlier with the amount repayable significantly reduced. Sometimes arranging the agreement can take longer than normal if we require extra documents from the customer. I can see we had some issues getting in contact to confirm everything with yourself which meant it took a little longer than normal and this is generally not the norm. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing.
