Hi Amar, I'm sorry to hear you did not receive the full amount you wanted. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. It's the length of time I'm paying it back I borrowed 500 and paying back 103 pound over 2 years means I'm paying over 2000 pound for 500

Hi again, the loan term is for 18 months (1.5 years). Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing.
