Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. As you noted, if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing much like every other lender. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. If you do choose to withdraw early regularly, lenders in the future may decide not to lend to you immediately.

Sorry to hear this Niel. Generally, our new service online should speed things up! However, sometimes there can be a couple kinks in the system where we may not be able to double check your information correctly and have to do it manually meaning it can take a little longer than anticipated. We are always making improvements though to squash these bugs and hopefully you won't need to worry about it if there's a next time you borrow with us.
