Thank you for sharing such an appreciative review of your journey through Yellowstone and the Tetons. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director was so knowledgeable, punctual and engaging, and that he managed expectations so professionally throughout the tour. Your Coach Driver's skill and care clearly left a similarly strong impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were pleased to read that the itinerary was well planned and coordinated, and that it allowed you to experience the natural beauty of the region alongside so many interesting stories, facts and details of its history. Sharing this kind of context is central to what we hope a guided journey will offer, and it is gratifying to know that it enriched your visit. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your review. It is very encouraging to learn that all of your guides made such a strong impression, and that your Travel Director combined a wealth of knowledge with a sense of humour that enlivened the journey. Your Coach Driver's skill and professionalism are equally appreciated, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We are pleased that you felt the itinerary offered a comprehensive introduction to Spain. Your practical advice regarding the walks through the UNESCO sites is also most helpful, as comfortable footwear and some physical preparation will certainly benefit prospective travellers considering this journey. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such an enthusiastic review of your journey through Yellowstone. It is very encouraging to learn that the trip exceeded your expectations, and that your Travel Director's knowledge and your Coach Driver's skill in managing busy roads, wildlife delays and winding mountain routes were so highly valued. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were pleased to read that four nights' lodging inside the park allowed you to see all the major sights and so much wildlife, often within the grounds of your lodge. We also note your comment that the meals at the lodge were average, while those included in the itinerary were excellent, and we will share this observation with our Product Development Department for consideration. It is especially gratifying that the presentation by a member of the Crow Nation proved so inspiring. Hearing directly from an indigenous speaker offers a valuable perspective on a landscape of such cultural significance, and we are pleased that it enriched your visit. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us, and for recommending the itinerary. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm review of your journey through the Irish countryside. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded, and that they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in the group enjoyed a positive experience. We will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were pleased to read that the itinerary offered such a varied selection of places and meaningful experiences without feeling overcrowded. Achieving a balance between breadth and a measured pace is central to the design of this tour, and it is gratifying to know that it worked so well for you. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such an enthusiastic review, and for awarding the trip a rating of ten. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the experience so enjoyable and informative, and that you remain so impressed by it. Your appreciation of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, whom you found respectful, considerate, knowledgeable and good company, is warmly received, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to both of them. We were pleased to read that the hotels and most of the dining venues met your expectations. We were sorry, however, that the service at one restaurant fell short, and we will share your comments with our Operations Department so that the venue may be reviewed carefully. We also note your wish for a wider choice than three optional activities on which to use your vouchers, which is a helpful suggestion, and we will pass it to our itinerary planning team for consideration. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review, and for your continued loyalty as a frequent traveller with both brands. It is very encouraging to learn that your experiences have been so consistently positive. We were especially pleased to read of your Travel Director's good humour, her familiarity with each stop and her helpful recommendations. Her calm and professional handling of difficulties, including a medical situation within the group and minor disagreements with hotel venues, is exactly the kind of care we hope every guest will receive, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to her. We are also pleased that the moderate pace suited you, and that you valued being based in a small number of hotels for several nights, which spares travellers the constant packing and unpacking of one-night stays. We appreciate your constructive comments regarding the Provincetown excursion. Having the optional dunes tour occupy so much of the day, and then having the visit shortened for an unplanned beach stop, understandably left you with too little time to explore the town or to enjoy a relaxed lunch. We can see why you felt that you had lost out, particularly as you had paid for the Optional Excursions. We will share your observations with our Operations Department so that the scheduling of Optional Excursions and the handling of changes on the day may be reviewed carefully. Thank you once again for your thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
